La Sienna aplica tres estrategias esenciales del estudio. Se genera una topografía que define los usos asociados y de la que emergen elementos meticulosamente esculpidos para configurar espacios de estudio, cocina y reposo en los que se insertan una serie de cajas intencionadamente contrastadas en cuanto a textura, resolviendo parcialmente la capacidad de almacenaje. Finalmente, las nuevas divisiones que definen el programa contienen el resto del almacenaje se desencajan en dos tramos, estableciendo una nueva altura doméstica.
