A la Belen s'estudia i es desenvolupa la distribució d'un habitatge mitjançant la incorporació d'un nou moble de serveis, equidistant del pati existent, que s'adapta als usos de cuina, safareig, bany i estudi. Un segon grup de mobiliari s'encarrega de generar la distribució entre els tres dormitoris, incorporant novament diferents usos necessaris de l'habitatge i generant la ròtula necessària entre les diferents alineacions de la preexistència. La materialitat aposta per un llenguatge perimetral en tons blancs, resolent els nous elements en fusta de roure, facilitant la lectura de la nova intervenció i aportant la calidesa desitjada. Del sòl continu i petri que unifica tot l'espai, sorgeix l'illa de la cuina complementant el moble perimetral.
